跨文化交际能力是大学英语教学的重要培养目标,达到畅通的跨文化交际必须对异文化和本土文化都有相当的了解,而后者是当前大学英语教学中相对薄弱的环节。大学英语教学在输入异文化的同时必须强调本土文化认同感,遵循一定的文化教学原则,采用适当的教学途径和教学策略进行本土文化教学。唯其如此才能实现真正的“跨”文化交际能力的培养。
Intercultural communicative competence is an important training goal of college English teaching. To achieve smooth intercultural communication, we must have a good understanding of both intercultural and indigenous cultures, while the latter is a relatively weak link in college English teaching. While inputting different cultures, college English teaching must emphasize local cultural identity, follow certain cultural and teaching principles, and adopt appropriate teaching methods and teaching strategies to carry out local cultural teaching. Only in this way can we cultivate the real “cross-cultural communicative competence”.
