千库万渠成龙配套,抗旱防涝有了依靠。山西省晋东南水利战线大闹“三高”“三早”“三赶”“七结合”,战果辉煌。大中小型相结合,驯服漳河和丹河,渠库相连葡萄串,长藤结瓜满山坡。晋东南区的三百万人民,从去冬以来,在水利战线上广泛开展了“五好”、“三高”、“三赶”、“三早”、“七结合”运动。经过百天奋战,已经在漳丹河畔潞泽盆地展现出一个水库套成群,水渠盘成网,水井列成排,园田遍成方的新局面,为当前的小麦春灌和春播打下良好基础。这个运动的全面内容是:“五好”:政治思想工作好,劳动组织管理好,技术革新推广好,生活安排
