目的:医疗卫生行业的竞争和精细化管理程度日益加深,医疗机构迫切需要合理配置财务人员,提高运行效率。方法:通过专家咨询、因子分析和多元线性回归等方法,实现财务人员的合理配置。结果:按规模对医疗机构分组,实现财务岗位人员阶梯式优化。建立财务核算中心、财务管理中心优化人数与实际在岗人数,门诊收费处与总诊疗人次数、住院结算处与实际占用总床日数的线性方程。结论:医疗机构应适当增加财务人员配置,防止职能缺位,财务人员配置应遵循科学合理的标准,配置人数需与业务状况相关。
OBJECTIVE: The degree of competition and delicacy management in the health care industry is deepening day by day. The medical institutions urgently need to allocate the financial personnel reasonably and improve the operation efficiency. Methods: By means of expert consultation, factor analysis and multiple linear regression, the rational allocation of financial staff is realized. Results: According to the size of the medical institutions grouped to achieve the financial position staff ladder optimization. The establishment of the financial accounting center, the number of financial management center optimization and actual number of employees, outpatient service charges and the total number of patients, hospital settlement and the actual occupancy of the total number of bed days linear equation. Conclusion: Medical institutions should appropriately increase the allocation of financial staff, to prevent the absence of functions, the allocation of financial staff should follow the scientific and rational standards, the number of configuration to be related to business conditions.
