主要论述变转速液压系统监控系统构成,该监控系统采用PLC作为下位机控制系统运行,PC机作为上位机远程监控系统运行情况,从软件和硬件两个方面对该系统进行设计。通过实验表明,将数字滤波应用到变转速液压系统中,能够将外界随机干扰的信号过滤掉。该系统对其他液压监控系统有一定借鉴意义。
Mainly discusses the variable speed hydraulic system monitoring system, the monitoring system uses PLC as the lower computer control system operation, PC as a host computer remote monitoring system operation, both from the software and hardware design of the system. Experiments show that digital filtering is applied to the variable speed hydraulic system, which can filter out the signals with random disturbance. The system has some reference to other hydraulic monitoring system.
