广西贵港市同济大桥主桥上部梁体主要采用了钢箱梁,梁体全长518m,总重约10619t。根据制造工艺及现场吊装工况要求,梁体沿桥纵向分为61个节段,箱梁安装时,为满足钢箱梁架设顶推施工,需将钢箱梁提升至顶推拼装平台。因该批钢箱梁体积及单节重量大,且吊装频次高,故安全风险大。本文主要介绍了本项目钢箱梁吊装方案及简要施工工艺。
The main girder of the main bridge of Tongji Bridge in Guigang City, Guangxi Province mainly adopts steel box girder, which has a total length of 518m and a total weight of about 10619t. According to the manufacturing process and on-site hoisting conditions, the beam body is divided into 61 segments along the longitudinal direction of the bridge. When the box beam is installed, in order to meet the roof-pushing construction of the steel box girder, the steel box girder needs to be lifted to the top pushing assembly platform. Due to the batch of steel box girder volume and single weight, and lifting frequency is high, so the security risk. This article mainly introduces the steel box girder hoisting plan and brief construction technology of this project.
