由东莞糖厂承担、广州机床研究所协作研制的蔗脂复合钙皂,是在无产阶级文化大革命中作为一种优质防锈材料添加剂而诞生的(以下简称Z 剂)。在资料启示下,本着防锈和润滑的目的,我们以矿物润滑油为基础油,以Z 剂为添加剂配成切削油,经过两年多在部分机床上的使用证明,此油不仅满足了加工工序间的防锈,而且提高了加工刀具寿命,加工光洁度也相应提高了,保证了加工精度,取代了机床加工中所用的菜子油,为推广和使用Z 剂找到了又一个领域。为交流的目的,现总结如下。
