目的:观察丹参注射液局部外用联合负压吸引对低热烫伤大鼠创面愈合的影响。方法:健康SD大鼠20只,制备低热烫伤创面模型,模型制备成功后随即分为四组。即A(常规换药组),B(丹参外敷换药组),C(负压吸引换药组),D(负压+丹参外敷组)。分别于第1、3、5、7天随机抽取4只动物,取材进行免疫组化染色,观察血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达情况。用毫米方格纸法计算第3、5、7、14天残余创面面积,判断创面愈合标准为创面上皮覆盖。结果:1.与A组比较,B组、C组及D组创面坏死组织脱落快,且D组坏死组织脱落最快,基底血运好。2.各组创面伤后于第5天开始均可见散在新生血管,A组出现最晚,D组出现最早,VEGF的表达量最高,且差异有统计学意义。结论:1、局部单独应用丹参及负压吸引技术对低热烫伤大鼠创面愈合均具有促进作用。2、联合应用丹参及负压吸引对低热烫伤创面愈合具有联合促进作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of topical salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with negative suction on wound healing in rats with low-calorie burn. Methods: Twenty healthy SD rats were used to prepare the burn model of low-temperature burn. The models were divided into four groups immediately after their successful preparation. A (conventional dressing group), B (Salvia top dressing group), C (negative pressure dressing group), D (negative pressure + Salvia topical application group). Four animals were randomly selected on the 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th days respectively. Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Millimeter squared paper method to calculate the residual wound area on the 3rd, 5th, 7th and 14th days to determine the wound healing standard covering the wound epithelium. Compared with group A, the necrotic tissue of group B, C and D shed off quickly, and the necrosis tissue of group D shed off fastest and the blood supply of basal is good. The neovascularization was observed on the 5th day after injury in the wounds of each group. The latest appeared in group A, the earliest appeared in group D, the highest expression of VEGF, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: (1) Salvia miltiorrhiza and vacuum suction technique can promote wound healing in rats with low-calorie burn. Combined use of Salvia miltiorrhiza and vacuum suction can promote the healing of burn wounds with low-calorie burn.
