大力发展集体所有制经济,是国营林区贯彻“以林为主、多种经营、全面发展”方针的必要措施,是林业经济调整中需要解决的一个根本性问题。一、发展集体所有制经济是林区经济发展的必然趋势目前,林业生产已是常年作业。大批职工家属迁入林区定居后,出现了一系列为林业生产服务和为职工生活服务的多种行业,形成每个林场基本上都是一个相对独立、几乎无所不包的完整社会。这种特点,决定着林场不仅要搞好林业生产,还必须解决千家万户日常生活上多种多样的需要。集体所有制经济也就随之而发展起来。
