1RS.1BL移位系已被小麦育种者广泛地用于农艺性状和特殊籽粒产量的改良,但还缺乏对有或没有发生移位染色体臂的有关种族农艺性状表达的比较研究。本文主要目的是测定2个硬红粒冬小麦群体分离的Aurora移位系中1RS.1BL对籽粒产量和其它农艺性状的遗传效应。用OK83398×Chisholm和OK8339×Arkan衍生的不同遗传材料进行了2个田间试验。试验1中评价了3种环境下25对F5代衍生的近等位纯合1B或1RS.1BL系;试验2评价了4种环境下1B或1RS.1BL纯合植株的F2、F3代的染色体组型。试验1中1RS.1BL的平均增产效应为9%-10%.增加地面以上干物质量为11%-12%,增加千粒重为4%-6%,其增产大小与杂交组合有关、尽管对每穗粒数、收获指数和容重未进行检测,但在株高和每平方米穗数方面的差异却以杂交和环境不同而缺乏一致性。试验2中所进行的遗传异质性方差分析表明,1RS.1BL中存在着较大的变异。这些结果对进一步利用1RS.1BL改良冬小麦农艺性状起到了促进作用。
1RS. The 1BL translocation system has been widely used by wheat breeders for the improvement of agronomic traits and special grain yield, but also a comparative study of racial agronomic traits expression with or without translocation of the chromosomal arm is lacking. The main purpose of this paper is to determine 1RS in Aurora translocation lines isolated from two populations of hard-red winter wheat. 1BL Genetic Effects on Grain Yield and Other Agronomic Traits. Two field trials were conducted with different genetic material derived from OK83398 × Chisholm and OK8339 × Arkan. In Experiment 1, 25 pairs of F5 generation-derived near-allelic homozygous 1B or 1RS were evaluated in three environments. 1BL line; Test 2 evaluated 1B or 1RS in 4 environments. 1BL homozygous F2, F3 generation of chromosomes. Test 1 1RS. The average yield effect of 1BL was 9% -10%. Increasing the dry matter mass above the ground was 11% -12% and increasing the 1000-grain weight by 4% -6%. The yield increase was related to the hybrid combination. Although the number of grains per spike, harvest index and bulk density were not tested, The difference in spikelets per square meter is not consistent in terms of hybridization and the environment. An analysis of variance in genetic heterogeneity conducted in trial 2 showed that 1RS. 1BL there is a big variation. These results make further use of 1RS. 1BL improved winter wheat agronomic traits have played a catalytic role.
