2011年8月5日,中国儿童福利和收养中心迎来了三位特殊的客人——吴小芳、梁晓嫦和李军。他们都是中国人的模样,但拿的却是荷兰和美国的护照。他们或多或少都能说中文,但又不是海外华人的后代。他们其实是被外国家庭收养的中国儿童,如今长大成人,回国工作或实习,同时寻找自己留在中国的根。以往回来访问的中国被收养人都还是孩子,中国儿童福利和收养中心更加侧重于向他们介绍跨国收养的工作流程,给他们翻看收养档案,并且通过观察孩子们的言谈举止以侧面了解他们在国外生活成长
On August 5, 2011, China’s special child welfare and adoption center ushered in three special guests - Wu Xiaofang, Liang Xiaoshang and Li Jun. All of them are Chinese, but they are passports from the Netherlands and the United States. They speak Chinese more or less, but they are not descendants of overseas Chinese. They are actually Chinese children adopted by foreign families. They are now grown up, returned to work or internship, and find their roots in China. All Chinese adoptees who visited China in the past are still children. China Child Welfare and Adoption Center places more emphasis on introducing them to the workflow of intercountry adoptions, turning them over to adoption files and looking sideways at them by observing children’s behavior.
