我国职业院校教师更是实现“教育为立国之本”的重要力量,是我国职业院校教育的重要组成部分,是完成新世纪赋予教育历史重任的承担者。我国职业院校在职业道德素质培养方面取得了一些成绩,但也出现滑坡现象,因此,加强职业院校教师职业道德素质培养迫在眉睫。本文对职业院校教师职业道德素质培养的制约因素与对策研究进行了全面地分析,深入地剖析了影响职业院校教师职业道德素质培养的各方面因素,探究加强职业院校教师职业道德素质培养的途径。
Teachers in vocational schools in our country are more and more important forces in realizing “education is the foundation of our country.” They are an important part of the education of vocational schools in our country and are the accomplices to the task entrusted to educate the history of education in the new century.
