WTO的规则要求我国各级各地政府要尽快转变观念,按照WTO规则的要求行政,尽快提高公务员的素质和能力,使我国的政府行政行为真正与国际接轨。
The WTO rules require all levels of government in all levels in our country to change their concepts as soon as possible, administer them according to the requirements of WTO rules, and improve the quality and ability of civil servants as soon as possible so that the government administration in our country will truly conform to the international standards.
