武汉城市圈的批准是湖北一次千载难逢的历史发展机遇,而作为调节经济重要手段之一的税收,相对于东北振兴、西部大开发、滨海新区的建设而言,在政策上、分配机制上、运行机制上、征管权限及范围划分上,均对武汉城市圈的建设和发展有一定的制约作用。本文通过分析,找出原因,提出相应的税收对策,以促进武汉城市圈又好又快的发展。
The approval of Wuhan’s urban agglomeration is an once-in-a-century opportunity for historical development in Hubei. As one of the most important means of regulating the economy, the tax revenue, as compared with the rejuvenation of the Northeast, the development of the western region and the construction of Binhai New Area, In terms of mechanism, the authority and scope of tax collection and administration have a certain restrictive effect on the construction and development of the Wuhan urban agglomeration. This article through analysis, find out the reason, put forward corresponding taxation measures, in order to promote sound and rapid development of Wuhan city circle.
