对中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司两套分别采用烧焦罐式高效再生工艺和同轴串联逆流两段再生工艺的重油催化裂化装置的运行效果进行了分析和比较。表明两种不同的再生工艺在各自不同的状态下 ,采用不同的操作条件时 ,均能最大限度发挥自己的特点。在加工同样性质的原料 ,使用同样的催化剂时 ,都能满足对催化剂的再生要求 (再生催化剂碳含量小于 0 .0 5 % )。同轴串联逆流两段再生工艺适应性较强、操作弹性较大、抗事故能力较强、消耗指标较低 ,但在催化剂置换率和开停工时间方面又相对处于劣势。因此选择什么工艺 ,应视具体情况而定
This paper analyzes and compares the operating results of two sets of heavy oil catalytic cracking units with two stages of regenerative process of coke drum efficient regeneration process and co-axial countercurrent countercurrent respectively for two sets of units of SINOPEC Jinan Branch. Show that two different regeneration processes in their different states, using different operating conditions, can maximize their own characteristics. In the processing of the same nature of raw materials, use the same catalyst, can meet the regeneration requirements of the catalyst (regenerated catalyst carbon content of less than 0.05%). Coaxial in-line two-stage regenerative regeneration technology is more adaptable, more flexible operation, strong anti-accident ability, low consumption index, but in the catalyst replacement rate and on-off time is relatively at a disadvantage.
