喂含25ppm γ-666饲料半年的雄性大鼠肾脏近曲管上皮细胞出现颗粒状玻璃样变。然后一次灌胃~3H-γ-6661μci/g体重后,发现实验组动物肾脏,尤其是肾皮质的放射比活性明显高于对照组,~3H-γ-666原形物占60%以上。组织放射自显影也显示肾皮质部位的近曲管上皮细胞内银颗粒密集。~3H-γ-666可能主要以游离状态存在。停药组动物肾脏放射比活性及银颗粒分布均明显少于实验组,病变也基本恢复正常。文中对~3H-γ-666在肾近曲管部位的高度蓄积及其病变关系进行了讨论。本文组织放射自显影工作承军事医学科学院张志同志协助指导;~3H-γ-666由中国科学院原子能研究所仪明光同志负责制备,一并致谢。
Male rats fed with 25ppm γ-666 feed for six months showed granular glassyloid changes in the proximal tubular epithelial cells of the kidney. After a ~ 3H-γ-6661μci / g body weight, the radioactivity of kidney, especially kidney cortex in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and ~ 3H-γ-666 protoplasts accounted for more than 60%. Tissue autoradiography also showed dense silver particles within the proximal tubule epithelial cells of the renal cortex. ~ 3H-γ-666 may exist mainly in a free state. The renal specific radioactivity and the distribution of silver particles in the withdrawal group were significantly less than those in the experimental group, and the lesions returned to normal. The article discussed the relationship between the high accumulation of ~ 3H-γ-666 in the proximal renal tubule and its pathological changes.
