目的对某设备制造有限公司新建裂解炉模块制造项目职业病危害控制效果进行评价,控制和降低职业病危害因素对劳动者健康的影响,使工作场所职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)达到国家职业卫生标准要求,控制和杜绝职业病的发生。方法通过收集相关资料、职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查及检查表法等方法进行综合评价。结果该新建项目主要职业病危害因素是电焊烟尘、砂轮磨尘、氧化铁尘、苯及苯系物、金属镍及其化合物、锰及其化合物、噪声、X射线辐射等,其中氧化铁尘时间加权平均(TWA)浓度达13.4(mg/m3),超过PC-TWA,其余生产性粉尘浓度、毒物浓度均未超过PC-TWA,各测点噪声强度均未超过85 dB(A),无损探伤室X射线防护空气比释动能率均低于2.5(μGy/h);职业健康监护未发现疑似职业病及职业禁忌证者。结论该新建项目的职业病危害控制效果基本符合职业卫生要求,已基本具备职业卫生方面的工程竣工验收条件。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards on the manufacture of new pyrolysis furnace module manufacturing project of an Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and to control and reduce the impact of occupational hazards on the health of workers so that the concentration (intensity) of occupational hazards in the workplace meets the national occupational health standards , Control and eliminate the occurrence of occupational diseases. Methods Through the collection of relevant information, occupational health field surveys, occupational health tests, occupational health examinations and checklist methods and other methods for comprehensive evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards of the new project were welding fume, wheel dust, iron oxide dust, benzene and benzene series, metallic nickel and its compounds, manganese and its compounds, noise and X-ray radiation, among which time-weighted iron oxide dust (TWA) reached 13.4 (mg / m3). The PC-TWA exceeded the PC-TWA concentration and did not exceed PC-TWA. The noise intensity at each measuring point did not exceed 85 dB (A) X-ray shielding air kerma rate of less than 2.5 (μGy / h); Occupational Health Monitoring found no suspected occupational diseases and occupational contraindications. Conclusion The control effect of occupational hazards in this new project basically meets the requirements of occupational hygiene and has basically fulfilled the acceptance conditions for completion of the project in terms of occupational hygiene.
