进入新世纪以来,中国与非洲经贸合作呈现多领域蓬勃发展的态势。2000年中非合作论坛首次在北京成功召开,将中非经贸合作推向新的发展阶段。今年初,中国政府发表了《中国对非洲政策文件》,它为中非经贸合作注入了新活力。中国与非洲经济互补性强,双方不仅有扩大经贸合作的共同愿望,而且在长期扩大经贸合作的实践中积累了许多宝贵经验。只要双方共同努力,抓住当前有利机遇,乘势而进,中非经贸合作必将出现新一轮的蓬勃发展。
Since entering the new century, the economic and trade cooperation between China and Africa has shown a vigorous development in many fields. For the first time, the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation was held in Beijing in 2000, pushing the economic and trade cooperation between China and Africa to a new stage of development. Earlier this year, the Chinese government issued the “China-Africa Policy Paper”, which infused new vitality into the economic and trade cooperation between China and Africa. China and Africa enjoy strong economic complementarities. Both sides not only have the common aspiration of expanding economic and trade cooperation, but also have accumulated many valuable experiences in the long-term expansion of economic and trade cooperation. As long as both parties work together and seize the current favorable opportunities and ride on the momentum, there will surely be a new round of vigorous development in China-Africa economic and trade cooperation.
