The financial crisis originating in the United States has caused overseas resource-based enterprises to run into difficulties in their operations. This provides a tremendous opportunity for Chinese enterprises to expand overseas resources industry and create global competitive advantages. How to innovate the overseas investment mode of Chinese enterprises and how to effectively accomplish the strategic positioning, decision-making and decision-making in order to complete the overseas M & A are the strategic problems urgently needed by Chinese resource enterprises.
