目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定感通灵颗粒中葛根素含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Kromasil C_(18)(4.6mm×150mm,5μm,大连依利特);流动相:甲醇-水溶液(28∶72);检测波长为250nm;流速为1.0mL/min;进样量10μL。理论板数按葛根素峰计算应不低于3 000。结果:葛根素在10.344~103.44 0μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系;葛根素的平均回收率为99.01%,RSD为1.30%。结论:该方法简便,准确可靠,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of puerarin in Sensitive Capsules by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used. The chromatographic column was Kromasil C 18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm, Dalian Elixir). The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (28:72) mL / min; injection volume 10μL. The number of theoretical plates calculated by puerarin should not be less than 3 000. Results: Puerarin had a good linearity in the range of 10.344 ~ 103.44 0μg / mL. The average recoveries of puerarin was 99.01% and the RSD was 1.30%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
