目的:研究鲑鱼降钙素和钙剂治疗对老年女性骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折患者骨钙素(BGP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的影响,探讨促进老年女性骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折愈合的方法。方法:将研究对象随机分为试验组(钙剂+维生素D+鲑鱼降钙素)和对照组(钙剂+维生素D),26周后比较2组治疗前后及组间血清骨钙素、骨碱性磷酸酶的变化。结果:与治疗前相比,26周后,血清骨钙素和骨碱性磷酸酶的值明显下降。结论:鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年女性骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折具有抑止骨吸收,促进骨折愈合的作用。
