1974年生于天津。1997年毕业于天津美术学院,1999年进修于中国艺术研究院中国美术史专业。现为中国艺术研究院陈绶祥艺术教育工作室成员。中国美协会员。推荐理由:最难能可贵的是,她(李水歌)的画有很纯的传统意味,但又不失现代感。说她的画传统,是因为她在现代的表现中蕴含着几分儒雅、几分超逸。说她的画现代,是因为她在经典的样式里透着很强的现代精神。
Born in Tianjin in 1974. He graduated from Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts in 1997 and studied Chinese Art History major at China Academy of Art in 1999. She is now a member of Chen Shuxiang Art Education Studio of China Academy of Art. China Artists Association.
