为了提高油田的产油量、挖掘节能潜力、实现采油设备的自动化管理,通过抽油电机远程监测系统掌握抽油电机的运行数据具有重要意义。抽油电机远程监测系统中,最关键的是低成本、高质量的数据监测通道,本文研制了基于工频通信的抽油电机远程监测系统,完全利用电力配电网络为载体,无须在高压电力线路中附加设备,成本低廉、安装方便,抗干扰能力强,通过油田现场的试验运行,达到了设计的指标,具有良好的应用前景。
In order to improve oil production, tap the potential of energy saving, and realize the automatic management of oil recovery equipment, it is of great significance to grasp the operation data of pumping motor through the remote monitoring system of oil extraction motor. In oil-pump remote monitoring system, the most critical is the low-cost, high-quality data monitoring channel. This paper developed a remote monitoring system based on power frequency communication, fully utilizing the power distribution network as a carrier without the need of high-voltage power The additional equipment in the line has the advantages of low cost, convenient installation and strong anti-interference ability. It achieves the design target through field operation of the oilfield and has good application prospect.
