针对蒸馏水测量橡胶密度测量值的不确定性,特别是概念的模糊性和随机性,运用聚类分析方法对橡胶密度测量度进行等级划分。本文以云理论为基础,利用云发生器算法构建了蒸馏水测量橡胶密度不确定性评价的云模型。本文选取了部分橡胶密度测量值样本作为评价对象,分析其整体不确定水平。实例表明,基于云理论的橡胶密度测量值评价结果更加符合客观实际,而且具有广泛的适用性。
In order to measure the uncertainty of measured rubber density in distilled water, especially the fuzziness and randomness of the concept, the density of rubber is measured by cluster analysis. Based on cloud theory, this paper constructs a cloud model to evaluate the uncertainty of rubber density in distilled water by using cloud generator algorithm. In this paper, some samples of rubber density measurement were selected as the evaluation object, and the overall uncertainty level was analyzed. The examples show that the evaluation results of the rubber density measurement based on the cloud theory are more in line with the objective reality and have wide applicability.
