为了提高居住小区的建设质量,海南省建设厅、省土木建筑学会和琼山县人民政府决定在琼山县府城建设一个“样板居住小区”,为此于1992年6月组织了“样板居住小区”的规划设计方案竞赛,重庆建筑工程学院的参赛方案荣获一等奖。该方案设计精细,在结合自然生态环境、突出以人为主体等方面有显著特色(本刊在上期中心插页已刊登了该方案的模型照片)。
In order to improve the quality of residential communities, the Hainan Provincial Department of Construction, the Provincial Civil and Architectural Society and the Qiongshan County People’s Government decided to build a “model residential community” in the capital of Qiongshan County. To this end, in June 1992, a “model residential community” was organized. In the planning and design competition, the project of the Chongqing Construction Engineering College won the first prize. The program is meticulously designed and has distinctive features in combination with the natural ecological environment and outstanding human-centeredness.
