目的 掌握铜陵县钉螺分布状况,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法 对全县全部历史有螺环境和钉螺孳生可疑环境进行抽样调查。结果 查螺面积 6743. 9413万m2,有螺面积 3217. 7741万m2。其中新发现钉螺面积 13. 43万m2,残存回升 347. 51万m2,占历史累计钉螺面积的 47. 81%。解剖钉螺 161 842只,其中感染性钉螺 437只,活螺平均密度 0. 396只 /框,钉螺感染率 0. 27%,感染螺平均密度 0. 00107只 /框。结论 全县有螺面积与防治初期相比大为下降,但“九五”以后大幅度增加。97%以上的有螺面积分布在江洲湖滩地区,这是今后防治工作的重点。
Objective To understand the distribution of Oncomelania snails in Tongling County and provide basis for prevention and control measures. Methods Sampling survey was conducted on all suspicious environment with snail habitat and snail breeding in the county. Results snail area of 6743. 94130000 m2, with a spiral area of 3217.7741 million m2. 81%. Among them, the newly found snail area of 134.3 thousand m2, the remnants rose 347. 510 m2, accounting for 47. 81% of the total history of snail area. Anatomical snails 161 842, of which 437 infective snails, the average density of live snails 0. 396 / box, infection rate of 0. 27% snails, infected snails average density 0. 00107 / box. Conclusion There is a great decrease in the area of snails in the whole county compared with the initial stage of prevention and control, but it increased significantly after the ninth five-year plan. More than 97% of snails are distributed in the area of Jiangzhou Lake Beach, which is the focus of prevention and control work in the future.
