不同病理类型的胃息肉癌变率在1.6％～20％。为防止胃息肉的恶变,需行手术切除。随着内镜技术的发展,胃息肉的切除可在内镜下进行。内镜下能否根治胃息肉?治疗安全性如何?胃息肉的标本如何回收?为此我们自1990年5月至1994年11月对120例胃息肉作了内镜下治疗。报道分析如下。
