绿化施工企业是工程施工行业的重要组成部分,市政设施建设、房地产开发建设、企业环境建设、酒店商务活动等都需要园林景观设计与施工,绿化施工是我国国民经济的重要组成部分。内部控制与风险管理是绿化施工企业实现健康发展的关键手段与工具,需要绿化施工企业加强管理与改进。本文首先分析了内部控制下绿化施工企业风险管理的重要性,进而阐明了内部控制中绿化施工企业风险管理存在的主要问题,最后,结合存在的问题,提出了加强内部控制下绿化施工企业风险管理的主要措施。
