目的:探讨杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体(KIR)基因多态性与反复胚胎种植失败的关系。方法:采用序列特异性引物聚合酶链反应法对研究组46名反复胚胎种植失败患者和对照组16名一次体外受精-胚胎移植即获得妊娠并分娩活婴的患者进行KIR基因多态性检测,并采用SPSS17.0软件进行分析。结果:①研究组的KIR2DS3和KIR3DS1基因频率较对照组高(26.09%,41.30%vs 6.25%,25.00%),而KIR2DS4*003-007的基因频率则低于对照组(36.96%vs 62.50%)。②研究组KIR单倍型B占56.52%,高于对照组的43.75%。③研究组携带2~5个活化性KIR基因比例均高于对照组(依次为17.39%vs12.50%、4.35%vs 0.00%、28.26%vs 25.00%、6.52%vs 6.25%)。上述各观察指标两组间均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:活化性KIR基因频率、活化性KIR基因数量、KIR单倍型B频率在反复胚胎种植失败患者中均有增加趋势,但无统计学差异,有待扩大样本量进一步统计分析。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR) gene polymorphism and repeated embryo implantation failure. Methods: Totally 46 KIR gene polymorphisms were detected in 46 study patients who underwent repeated embryo implantation failure and control group by 16 in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer, that is, those who got pregnant and delivered live infants. And use SPSS17.0 software for analysis. Results: ①The frequency of KIR2DS3 and KIR3DS1 genes in the study group was higher than that in the control group (26.09%, 41.30% vs 6.25%, 25.00%), while the frequency of KIR2DS4 * 003-007 was lower than that in the control group (36.96% vs 62.50% . ② The study group KIR haplotype B accounted for 56.52%, higher than the control group 43.75%. ③ The proportion of 2 to 5 activated KIR genes in the study group was higher than that in the control group (17.39% vs12.50%, 4.35% vs 0.00%, 28.26% vs 25.00%, 6.52% vs 6.25% respectively). There was no significant difference between the above two groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The frequencies of activating KIR gene, activating KIR gene and KIR haplotype B have an increasing tendency in patients with repeated embryo implantation failure, but there is no statistical difference, and further statistical analysis is required for expanding the sample size.
