钢领是环锭精纺机上的易损零件,消耗量大,提高其使用寿命,有极大的经济意义。作者以电镜为主要手段,对钢领及钢丝圈这对摩擦副的摩擦性质、磨损机理进行了分析研究,得出造成钢领失效的主要磨损形式是粘着磨损和疲劳磨损的结论。同时还分析了水磨麻面的作用,提出了一些新的看法。为提高钢领使用寿命,采取相应的工艺措施,提供了一定的理论依据。这种以电镜为手段研究摩擦磨损机理的方法,可供研究船机、港机等易损件摩擦磨损形式时参考。
Ring is a delicate part of the ring spinning machine, consumption, improve its service life, a great economic significance. By means of electron microscopy, the author analyzed the friction and wear mechanism of the pair of friction ring and traveler, and concluded that the main wear forms of the failure of the ring are sticking wear and fatigue wear. At the same time, it also analyzes the function of the water surface and puts forward some new ideas. In order to improve the service life of the ring and adopt the corresponding technical measures, it provides some theoretical basis. This electron microscopy as a means to study the mechanism of friction and wear for the study of ship machines, port machines and other wearing parts of the form of wear and tear reference.
