国内外社会政策学者大多只是罗列了社会政策项目,基本上未明确提出确定社会政策项目的依据。本文沿着英国社会政策学者迪安和吉登斯的基本思路,为社会政策项目的确定找寻坚实的现实和理论依据,旨在为构建社会政策项目系统乃至整个社会政策体系奠定科学基础,以促进社会政策理论和实践在当代的发展,真正实现社会政策为社会主义市场经济建设服务的目的。
Most social policy scholars at home and abroad only list social policy items, basically not clearly set out to determine the basis for social policy projects. Based on the basic ideas of British social policy scholar Dean and Giddens, this paper tries to find a solid realistic and theoretical basis for the determination of social policy projects, which aims to establish a scientific basis for the construction of social policy project system and the entire social policy system so as to promote Social policy theory and practice in the contemporary development, the real social policy for the construction of socialist market economy service purposes.
