目的:评估眶下神经撕脱术合并植入海奥生物膜的对顽固性的眶下神经痛的治疗疗效。方法:回顾2012~2014年本科室收治的顽固性眶下神经痛患者25例,经口腔入路眶下神经撕脱,其中9例同期合并植入海奥口腔生物膜。所有病例均随访24个月,观察记录治疗效果及复发率。结果:所有患者均手术顺利,愈合良好。术后所有患者眶下神经支配区域的疼痛症状消失。在24个月随访期间,单独行眶下神经撕脱术的病例中有3例症状复发,而联合植入口腔修复膜的患者没有发现症状复发。结论:眶下神经撕脱合并海奥口腔修复膜植入是治疗顽固性眶下神经痛的简单、安全、有效的治疗方法。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of intraorbital nerve avulsion combined with implantation of Hy-Bi biofilm for intractable infraorbital neuralgia. Methods: Twenty-five patients with intractable infraorbital neuralgia admitted to our department from 2012 to 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 9 cases of avulsion of the infraorbital nerve were transplanted via the oral approach. All cases were followed up for 24 months, and the therapeutic effect and recurrence rate were observed and recorded. Results: All patients were well and well healed. Pain symptoms disappeared in the suborbital nerve area after surgery in all patients. During the 24-month follow-up period, 3 of the cases with avulsion of the infraorbital nerve alone had a relapse of symptoms, whereas no recurrence of the symptoms was found in patients who underwent combined repair of the oral repair. CONCLUSIONS: Infraorbital nerve avulsion combined with HAO oral implants is a simple, safe and effective treatment for intractable infraorbital neuralgia.
