购物中心已经成为我国尤其是沿海城市一个有潜力的新业态。由于学术界在这方面的研讨不多 ,购物中心的发展商在认识方面存在误区 ,使得我们在发展购物中心这一新业态方面存在隐患。本文通过对境内外购物中心的定义和特征的探讨 ,对我国购物中心的发展提出意见。
Shopping centers have become a potential new industry in our coastal cities in particular. Due to the academic research in this area is not much, shopping center developers have misunderstanding in understanding, making us in the development of shopping malls this new format there are hidden dangers.
