党的十七大要求全体党员及干部全面把握科学发展观的科学内涵和精神实质。科学发展观是对党的三代中央领导集体关于发展的重要思想的继承和发展,是马克思主义关于发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现。科学发展观既有坚实的实践基础,又有丰厚的哲学内涵。本文从马克思主义哲学的高度分析科学发展观的精神实质,认为科学发展观是以马克思主义哲学为基础的一种新型的发展观。
The 17th National Congress of the CPC requires all party members and cadres to fully grasp the scientific connotation and spiritual essence of the scientific concept of development. The scientific concept of development is a continuation and development of the important thinking on development of the three generations of leaders of the Party Central Committee and a concentrated reflection of Marxist world outlook and methodology on development. The scientific concept of development contains both solid foundation of practice and rich philosophical connotation. This article analyzes the essence of the scientific concept of development from the perspective of Marxist philosophy and holds that the scientific concept of development is a new concept of development based on Marxist philosophy.
