安全问题随着生产的出现而产生,随着生产和科学技术的发展而发展。煤炭生产安全问题,美国等先进国家已经比较圆满解决,而我国煤矿安全生产形势比较严峨国内外存在很大的差距。
Security problems arise with the emergence of production and with the development of production and science and technology.
