中国现阶段司法体制的改革已驶入了快车道。本文对现行司法体制存在的主要问题概括为司法权的非独立性,司法程序的非理性化和司法队伍的非职业化,并试对这三个问题进行详细阐释及提出改革意见。
At the present stage, the reform of the judicial system in China has entered the fast lane. This article summarizes the main issues existing in the current judicial system as the non-independence of judicial power, the irrational judicial procedure and the non-professional judicial team, and tries to explain these three issues in detail and put forward reform opinions.
