睾丸原发的肿瘤以单侧为多,双侧则少见,多为精原细胞瘤。田振山氏曾报告一例为单侧睾丸淋巴瘤。现有一例双侧睾丸的淋巴肉瘤,报告如下;刘××,男,62岁,农民,(住院号54833)。于1977年12月13日入院。5个月前患者无意中发现双侧睾丸肿大以左侧更为明显。肿大呈进行性,并伴阴囊下堕及沉重感,但无疼痛,不发热,大小便正常。既往无“丝虫病”史。入院检查:一般体检正常。阴茎正常,阴毛分

A case of bilateral testicular lymphosarcoma, the report is as follows; Liu XX, male, 62 years old, farmer, (hospital number 54833).
