目的对循证护理应用于社区高血压患者的临床效果进行分析探讨。方法将本中心在2015-2016年收治的高血压患者共计120例作为临床研究资料,将患者随机分为两组:研究组与对照组,每组患者人数为60例。对照组患者应用常规的护理措施进行护理,研究组患者在对照组患者护理的基础上应用循证护理措施进行护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果经过护理之后,研究组患者的心理状态要比对照组患者有所改善,经比较,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的收缩压和舒张压水平与对照组患者进行比较,情况要显著的优于对照组,经比较,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将循证护理措施应用在社区高血压患者中,患者的血压水平能够维持在正常的水平内,血压得到了很好的控制,患者的心理状态良好,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in community-based hypertensive patients. METHODS: A total of 120 hypertensive patients admitted to our center from 2015 to 2016 were selected as clinical data. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the study group and the control group, with 60 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing measures. The study group was treated with evidence-based nursing care based on the control group patients’ care, and the nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the psychological status of the study group patients than the control group patients improved, compared with significant statistical significance (P <0.05); study group patients with systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in patients with control group Compared with the control group, the situation was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in community-based hypertensive patients, the patient’s blood pressure level can be maintained at a normal level, blood pressure has been well controlled, the patient’s mental state is good, it is worth to promote the clinical application.
