近年来,在无机粉末存在下进行无乳化剂或无皂乳液聚合作为制备复合材料的一种方法正日益引起兴趣。Hasegawa等对不同的无机粉末存在下甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的无皂乳液聚合进行了研究。Arai、Konno则对无机粉末存在下MMA体系的无皂乳液聚合的动力学及聚合物粒子的成核过程进行探讨。目前的工作主要集中在均聚方面,而对于无机粉末存在下疏水性单体的无皂乳液共聚合,至今报道甚少。
In recent years, there has been increasing interest in performing emulsifier-less or soap-free emulsion polymerization as a method of preparing composite materials in the presence of inorganic powders. Hasegawa et al. Studied soap-free emulsion polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) in the presence of various inorganic powders. Arai and Konno discussed the kinetics of soap-free emulsion polymerization of MMA in the presence of inorganic powders and the nucleation of polymer particles. At present, the work mainly focuses on the homopolymerization. So far, soap-free emulsion copolymerization of hydrophobic monomers in the presence of inorganic powders has been reported so far.
