一、前言 3YC24合金系重庆仪表材料研究所研制,新近推广的一种Ni—Cr—Mo—W高性能耐腐蚀合金。它在强腐蚀介质中具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,并兼有较高的弹性性能,机械性能和疲劳性能,目前被推荐为制造耐腐蚀仪表的各种精密弹性元件,如耐腐蚀弹性膜片、弹性波纹管、弹簧管等的理想材料。本文阐述了3YC24合金在一些强腐蚀介质中的耐蚀性能;根据仪表弹性元件对其所用材料的弹性极限,弹性模量等物理一机械性能的要求,进行了分析和装表验证。实践证明,3YC24合金的弹性元件成型性和焊接性与3J1合金相似,且具有良好的机械加工性能,是难得的耐蚀仪表弹性元件用材之一。
First, the preface 3YC24 Department of Chongqing Instrument Materials Research Institute developed recently promoted a Ni-Cr-Mo-W high-performance corrosion-resistant alloys. It has good corrosion resistance in strong corrosive medium, and has high elastic properties, mechanical properties and fatigue properties, is currently recommended for the manufacture of precision instruments resistant to various elastic components, such as corrosion-resistant elastic diaphragm, Elastic bellows, spring tube ideal material. In this paper, the corrosion resistance of 3YC24 alloy in some highly corrosive media is expounded. The physical and mechanical properties of 3YC24 alloy, such as the elastic limit and elastic modulus of the materials used, are analyzed and verified. Practice has proved that, 3YC24 alloy elastic member formability and weldability and 3J1 alloy similar, and has good machinability, is a rare anti-corrosion instrumentation elastic member material.
