在调查研究１９８７～１９９４年《茶叶文摘》收录的文献的基础上，对此期间茶叶学科的发展动态，研究热点及今后的发展趋势进行了分析和展望。
Based on the investigation of the literatures collected in “Tea Digest” from 1987 to 1994, the development trend, research hot spots and future development trend of tea subject during this period are analyzed and prospected.
