一、概述本课是小学美术四年级下册教材中的第一课《节日的餐桌》。这一课的主要教学内容是围绕餐桌上的精美菜肴展开教学,包括中国的食品造型精美、色、香、味、形等。二、学习者特征分析本课的学习对象是四年级学生,他们对美术有着强烈的求知欲。在学习中,喜欢美术带来的自由与开放。同时,孩子们也能在美术中抒发自己的感情,喜欢美术课堂自主性和趣味性的教学活动。三、教学目标分析知识与技能:1.学生能够运用造型元素,塑造“形美、色美”的佳肴。
