目的 探讨铜尘、钨尘对石英致肺纤维化作用的影响。方法 采用大白鼠气管注入一次性染尘法对铜尘、钨尘与石英的联合作用进行了实验研究。结果 铜尘加石英尘及钨尘加石英尘实验组动物染尘后1 个月时,肺内病变为细胞性结节,而单纯石英对照组已达Ⅱ~Ⅲ级矽肺纤维化。结论 铜尘、钨尘均对石英致纤维化具有延缓作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of copper dust and tungsten dust on pulmonary fibrosis induced by quartz. Methods The combined effects of copper dust, tungsten dust and quartz were studied experimentally by the rat tracheal injection of disposable dust method. Results Copper dust plus quartz dust and tungsten dust plus quartz dust in the experimental group at 1 month after the dust was dyed were intrapulmonary lesions of the cellular nodules, whereas those in the simple quartz control group had grade Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ silicosis fibrosis. Conclusions Both copper dust and tungsten dust retard the quartz fibrosis.
