如何处理好激励教育的公平问题是做好思想政治工作的一个重要环节。本文运用组织公平理论和思想政治教育理论,简要分析了职工思想政治教育与组织公平的关系,提出了组织应如何实现激励教育中的结果公平、程序公平和交往公平的建议。
How to deal with the fair issue of encouraging education is an important link in ideological and political work. This paper, using the theory of organizational justice and ideological and political education, briefly analyzes the relationship between ideological and political education and organizational justice, and puts forward some suggestions on how to realize the fairness, procedural fairness and fairness of association in encouraging education.
