为了测算本煤层顺层钻孔抽采有效半径,通过在实验室数值模拟和现场测试不同孔间距时瓦斯抽采效果,得出钻孔压力、瓦斯浓度与抽采有效半径之间的关系。实验表明:煤层透气性系数和抽采时间是决定抽采半径的主要因素;抽采负压与抽采时间协调一致非常重要;平煤八矿15#本煤层顺层钻孔最大孔间距为3~4 m。
In order to calculate the effective radius of coal seam drilling and drainage in the coal seam, the relationship between borehole pressure, gas concentration and effective mining radius was obtained through numerical simulation in laboratory and gas drainage effect at different hole intervals on site. Experiments show that coal seam gas permeability coefficient and extraction time are the main factors that determine the extraction radius. It is very important that the extraction negative pressure is consistent with the extraction time. The maximum hole spacing of the coal seam of No. 15 in Pingdingshan 8 coal seam is 3 ~ 4 m.
