Recently, the Archives and Information Center of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Social Assistance Division, together with the archives (room) division of the State Archives Bureau, formed a joint research group to inspect and guide the work of urban and rural subsistence allowances and rural five guarantees in Guangdong Province. The research team successively went to Xinhui District of Jiangmen City and Huiyang District of Huizhou City to conduct on-the-spot inspection on the implementation of the “Notice on Strengthening the Management of Minimum Living Security Files” and the “Measures for the Administration of Archives of Rural Five Guarantees” issued jointly by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the State Archives Bureau .
