质量责任,重于泰山。随着现代化步伐的加快,我国基础设施建设正以前所未有的规模在全国展开,同时质量问题越来越成为人们关注的焦点,近年频繁出现的一些质量事故,如桥梁垮塌、房屋倒毁、路基沉陷等直接关系到人民群众生命财产安全,因此引起有关部门的高度重视。
