在蒸汽机车的技术改造中,活塞杆填料一项,铁道部最近决定采用苏联中央铁道科学研究院所制订的铸铁填料(图1),代替旧有白合金填料。根据苏联的经验,这种填料的使用寿命可达10万到16万走行公里,比旧有填料高得很多。同时由于填料另件采用了互换性尺寸,可以预先由机械工场成批制成备品,供使用部分领用;使用部分只要根据活塞杆实际尺寸,将填料环内径搪旋一刀,即可装用。因而另件的装配时间大大缩短,而且在机务段也可以很方便地进行换装。
In the technological transformation of steam locomotives, a piston rod filler, the Ministry of Railways recently decided to use the Soviet Central Railway Institute of Science and Technology developed cast iron filler (Figure 1), to replace the old white metal filler. According to the experience of the Soviet Union, the service life of this packing material can reach 100,000-160,000 km and is much higher than the old packing. At the same time as the filler pieces used interchangeable size, can be prepared in advance by the mechanical workshop spare parts for the use of part of the collar; the use of parts as long as the actual size of the piston rod, the filler ring diameter drill, you can use. Therefore, the assembly time of the other parts is greatly shortened, and can also be easily refitted in the depot.
