东雷抽黄续建工程是我省首次引用世界银行贷款,并采用新的基建管理(?)制兴建的大型水利工程。工程总概算58387万元,其中世行贷款5570万美元。项目建设期限为1989年——1994年,灌溉面积126万亩,主要分布在我省东部的蒲城,富平、大荔、渭南等县(市)境内。工程建成之后,将同东雷一期抽黄,洛惠渠,交口抽渭等已成灌区连成一片,总灌溉面积可达400万亩。这对增强我省农业后劲,加快建成渭北第二粮仓,具有十分重要的意义。
The construction of Dongleng Yellow River project is the first large-scale water conservancy project in our province to be borrowed from the World Bank and has been constructed under the new infrastructure management (?) System. The total project estimate is 583.87 million yuan, of which the World Bank loan is 55.7 million U.S. dollars. The construction period of the project is from 1989 to 1994, with irrigated area of 1,260,000 mu, which is mainly distributed in Pucheng, Fuping, Dali and Weinan counties (cities) in the eastern part of our province. After the completion of the project, it will merge with the Donglei Phase I Yellow River, Luohui Qu, Jiaokou River and other irrigated areas into a single irrigated area with a total irrigated area of 4 million mu. This is to enhance the province’s agricultural stamina and accelerate the completion of the second granary in Weibei, is of great significance.
