目的:为胰腺钩突病变的影像学诊断及手术治疗提供依据。方法:选取非胰腺疾病患者120例,在螺旋CT横断面、冠状面界定胰腺钩突的上下、左右界线,测量钩突的上下、左右、前后径;观察正常胰腺钩突的边缘、形态及与肠系膜上血管的关系。结果:钩突大小、形态在不同个体间差异较大,钩突尖端到达肠系膜上动脉后方者较少,没有超越其左缘者。胰腺钩突的上下径为(2.6688±0.7337)cm,左右径为(2.2550±0.3854)cm,前后径为(1.6292±0.3102)cm。不同年龄、性别患者3种径线差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过螺旋CT对正常胰腺钩突进行了界定、测量,在胰腺钩突肿瘤的术前诊断、评估及手术治疗方面有临床指导意义。
Objective: To provide basis for imaging diagnosis and surgical treatment of pancreatic uncinate process. Methods: A total of 120 patients with non-pancreatic diseases were selected. The top and bottom, left and right, anteroposterior diameter of the uncinate process were determined by spiral CT and the coronal plane. The margins, The relationship between the superior mesenteric vessels. Results: The size and shape of the uncinate process varied greatly among different individuals. The tip of the hook reached the posterior superior mesenteric artery less and did not exceed the left margin. The diameter of the uncinate process was (2.6688 ± 0.7337) cm, the diameter of left and right was (2.2550 ± 0.3854) cm, and the diameter of anterior and posterior approach was (1.6292 ± 0.3102) cm. There was no significant difference in the three diameters of patients of different ages and genders (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The normal uncooked process of pancreas is defined and measured by spiral CT. It has clinical significance in preoperative diagnosis, evaluation and surgical treatment of uncinate pancreatic tumor.
