在国内,目前公开使用的有关落砂机设计的资料中,某些有影响的资料在以下四个方面存在着不够清晰之处。这四个方面是:①关于“频—幅关系”中之放大系数的数学公式;②如何看待“参振重量”;③功率计算公式的使用;④冲击式惯性落砂机的特点。这些不够清晰之处,涉及到落砂机的参数计算和选择。 本文用理论计算和实测数据的分析对比,就以上四个方面提出了作者的看法。不仅初步澄清了上述不够清晰之处,也为今后设计和使用落砂机提供了有关的公式,数据。
At home, there are some influential materials in the materials that are currently openly used in the design of sand falling machines that are not clear enough in the following four aspects. The four aspects are: 1 Mathematical formulae for the amplification factor in the “frequency-amplitude relationship”; 2 How to treat the “parameter weight”; 3 Use of the power calculation formula; 4 Characteristics of the impact type inertial sandfaller. These are not clear enough, involving the calculation and selection of the parameters of the sand falling machine. This paper presents the author’s views on the above four aspects by comparing the theoretical calculation with the measured data. It not only clarified the above-mentioned lack of clarity, but also provided relevant formulas and data for the design and use of sand falling machines in the future.
